
Eliza Kate Coupe (born April 6, 1981)[1] is an American actress, comedian and model. She is best known for her role as Jane Kerkovich-Williams on the ABC comedy series Happy Endings, Denise "Jo" Mahoney in the final two seasons of the medical comedy drama Scrubs as well as her lead role as Tiger in the Hulu comedy series Future Man, and her character of Hannah Wyland in Quantico. She was a mainstay in the 2022 comedy on Fox Pivoting. She most recently was as a supporting character on the Netflix series Murderville episode-Who killed Santa. Coupe studied improvisational comedy at The Groundlings as well as ImprovOlympic. [6] Coupe traveled to France in 2003, playing one of the soldiers in an all-female King Lear version. The show she performed as a solo artist, The Patriots (a sketch show written by her) began in November 2005 at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. She was awarded the Breakout Performer Award at HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado in March 2006. Coupe was engaged to actor instructor and puppeteer Randall Whittinghill from December 2007 to June 2013.She announced her engagement to Darin Olien, the co-founder of SuperLife, a lifestyle brand SuperLife on Instagram on the 27th of November 2014. They were in vacation in New Zealand when they got married on the 24th of December 2014. They filed for divorce on December 24 the 24th of December, 2014. From April 2011 to May 2013 Coupe was a part of the ABC ensemble comedy series Happy Endings alongside Elisha Cuthbert, Zachary Knighton, Adam Pally, Damon Wayans, Jr. and Casey Wilson. Despite critical acclaim and a fan base The show was cut by ABC after concluding its third season on May 3rd 2013. After Happy Endings was cancelled, she played a recurring part in the third season of House of Lies. She also starred with Jay Harrington on the comedy series Benched. The show premiered on October 28 on the 28th of October, 2014. Then she was cast as the character in the role of Hannah Wyland in Quantico, an ABC thriller.
